Next, send us plain, clear pictures of the exact outfit, wig, and accessories you would like to wear. For the most flawless recreation, please ensure these are standalone photos (e.g., a dress on a mannequin or a wig on a stand) rather than pictures of someone else wearing them.

Booking Requirements

  • A clear, high-quality selfie with makeup is required for all glam and luxury portrait recreations.
  • For clients requesting glam or makeup-enhanced portraits, a makeup selfie is strongly recommended for the most accurate facial recreation.
  • Selfies with beauty filters, heavy edits, screenshots, or low image quality will not be accepted.
  • A clear, recent full-body photo facing the camera is required for accurate body recreation.
  • Outfit references must be submitted as clear photos of the outfit only. Screenshots or photos of other people wearing the outfit may not be accepted.

Payment Policy

  • Bookings are only confirmed after full payment has been made.
  • Express delivery is available at an additional fee.
  • Normal delivery is 3 to 7 working days.

Revision Policy

  • Clients are entitled to up to 3 minor revisions.
  • Major changes, pose changes, outfit changes, or new concepts after delivery may attract additional charges.

Refund Policy

  • Visuals by Sandy is not responsible for results affected by low-quality, blurry, filtered, edited, or unsuitable reference photos provided by the client.
  • No refunds will be issued after final files have been delivered and approved by the client.
  • If Visuals by Sandy is unable to complete a project, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the final result differs significantly from the agreed concept due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued to the client.

Important Notice

  • Final results depend on the quality of the photos provided.
  • Visuals by Sandy is not responsible for facial inaccuracies caused by filtered, edited, low-quality, or unsuitable reference images.
  • Due to the nature of digital recreations, slight variations may occur while maintaining your overall likeness.
  • Visuals by Sandy reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
  • Clients who wish to keep their photos private may opt for our Exclusive Membership option before work begins.
